    The technical recruiters are responsible for pre-screening the right candidates based on your job specification; our practice managers conduct a preliminary interview with the candidates. Most importantly they assess the level of technical expertise, hand on knowledge, validity of previous experience, stress management, interpersonal and communication skills. If the requirement entails they would also evaluate leadership and project management skills.

    Our seasoned technical sales team interfaces with the client at all times to ensure appropriate communication. They drive the internal staffing process by routing the requirement to the recruiters and coordinating the pre-screening interviews before presenting the candidates to clients. Adoresoft sales is your primary point of contact. They are also responsible to monitor the timelines for each step in the process to make sure your sense of urgency is addressed appropriately.
